A single bag of 40 × 60 cm holds around 15 kg. On the roll, the same weight is covered by the 46 × 65 cm size. For bulky produce such as onion sets it is worth going one size up.

Yes, both printing on the bag itself and a sewn-in label. The minimum order quantity and lead time are agreed at enquiry stage, as they depend on size and the number of colours.
